A professor at my college leaves free stuff outside his office. This page is a collection of the stuff that I take from there. For each item, I'll add the date I took it, a personal rating, its worth (based on various listings). I'll also go into the history/who its made by and that sort of thing if its interesting to me, plus some of my own thoughts.

- Thoughts: Muturing is realizing that this show is completely harmless. As a kid, I liked it a lot. Me and my best friend and I would sing the waffles song from that one episode on the bus to school.
As I grew up and began to get more cynical, this became cringe and annoying to me. My older brother liked the original a lot, and I would watch reruns of it as a kid.
Once I realized that Go was the show we were stuck with, I began to get more annoyed that we didn't get a proper continuation of the original. Funnily enough, this was something that the show has made fun of quite frequently.
Now, this show is just fine. Obviously, I'm way too old for it now. I'm not gonna to act like it needs to be sophisticated or clever; if it makes kids laugh, then who cares? That being said, there are still funny jokes and
clearly a lot of effort put into it.
Anyway, I just thought this little figurine of Silkie was cute so I took it. This is from an Imaginext Teen Titans Go play set, specifically the titans tower one.

- Thoughts: Love this little guy. I thought he was just a pleasant little wooden man but upon sending an image of it to my freinds, my one friend reminded me it was a back scratcher.
Well more of a back massager I guess but the point is he has a purpose beyond just looking neat. I haven't acutally used it to massage my back yet, I think my roomate would look at me like I'm crazy if it did, but
I'm sure it does it's purpose well. This specific massager seems to be made by Tender Loving Things inc. and its called "Its me.. the Happy Massager." Thats what I think anyway, unsuprisingly there's not a shit ton of information online about a little wooden back massager with a face. seems to have been some sort of foot roller variant that feartures many of our little friend's face to roll your feet on. Gross. There also seems to be alot of knock offs of it which is suprising. I guess this thing was really popular back in the day

- Thoughts: This is a piece from the Pac-Man board game by Buffalo Games. I'm kinda surprised I actually found what it was, I'm not usually good at narrowing down things like that. Despite how much I use the internet, I think I have subpar searching abilities. Like how is it that anybody on reddit can literally find anything you are looking for and you seemingly can't? Do they just know what and what not to search? Do they use advanced search settings? Do they know like databases or something? Maybe they just put in more time to filter through searches? I don't know, but I still think it's impressive. Anyway, I'm not super sure why I picked this up, I just like it ig. I'm not like a Pac-Man head or anything, I would be kinda surprised if there's a big Pac-Man community in the modern day, since like, how?? The only thing I could see people getting attached to is the TV show Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures from 2013. I used to love this show as a kid, even if it looks like shit. Surprisingly, I found a couple of eBay listings for this specific piece. One of them seems to be from another release of the game or something since the eyes look bigger.

- Thoughts: Really like this one. I took a ton of Beanie Babies from this guy from last year and I really like them. Some of my favorites from the ones I have are Spike the Rhino and Chocolate the Moose. I might make some entries for them later down the line. Part of me understands why these things are so stupidly valuable. Going down the rabbit hole of why they are so expensive is crazy though. Like, obviously they are only worth anything if they have the tag. But on top of that certain generations are rarer than others and you can tell that by what year they came out and what misspellings there are on the tag. Babies with errors are more valuable since their more one of kind ig? You would think that a perfect Beanie Baby would be more valuable. A lot of eBay listings for Halo mention having a "rare brown nose". But like every single listing I see has a brown nose, even the ones not worth anything. My Halo even has a brown nose. Luckily we have beaniebabiespriceguide.com to dispell any misinformation. The brown nose is indeed not an error and all Halos have them. I really like Halo. The iridescent wings, the little bow, the lopsided halo. I'm really sad that mine doesn't have it's tag, but not because I want to sell it.All Beanie Babies have a little description on their tag, and Halo's is just adorable. "When you sleep, I'm always here. Don't be afraid, I am near. Watching over you with lots of love. Your guardian angel from above!" Thanks, Halo, I love you too!
